At Carlinkit Carplay Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the product remains protected during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement items within 5-7 business days.
